Midi Bed With Storage

A midi-bed with storage also called a cabin bed, offers the best of both sleeping spaces and lots of storage space for play toys. Create a place for their favorite toys or use it as parking space. With shelves that they can personalise and use as they wish.

Size

Midi beds are typically smaller than high sleepers and also have a shorter ladder or staircase. They are therefore ideal for smaller rooms. They can also use the standard UK single mattress and include a variety of useful pieces under. From a smart desk that slides out into an open cupboard that is ready to hold totes to elegant drawer storage with smooth no-wobble operation.

Many of our midi cabin beds are offered in a variety of finishes, so you can choose the one that will suit your child's bedroom most. Some go further than this and include an array of custom-designed storage units. The desk can be moved between two units via wheels. There are also four drawers for storage, and two cupboards with doors. The Eli F takes it to the next level with doors that match the color of the head and foot board.

The Luna low-line loft bed or midi-storage bed is compact, and includes everything you require. A ladder that can be turned and a desk with wheels that slides between the two and a three drawer cabinet and chest are all included. A low-line loft bed with turned staircases is another option that is popular with many of our customers. This compact midi-loft is perfect for your child - the desk slides out and in on wheels and there are three drawers to store their toys or trinkets, and a large cabinet to store books.

Some midi loft beds that have storage have the desk already in the bunk (as shown in the image above), while others like our Luna midi bunk come with a ladder set on the right side, so that the desk can be positioned on the left (please inquire in the store, on the phone or add this in the comments section when you're shopping if this is important to you).

It's worth noting that most midi loft beds with desk require the standard UK single mattress (3ft/90x190cm) with an slatted wooden base. The price of the bed does not include the mattress. We recommend looking at our mattress deals to find one that fits your budget.

It comes with a low-level staircase with the option for it to be turned around, a desk that can slide across the floor on wheels, two drawers, and a cabinet with a door, all included. Mattress

Most midi beds accept standard UK single mattresses and the top bunk comes with a safety rail that gives you additional security. Some models have a pull-out trundle drawer that can be used for sleeping overs, or for adding more storage space beneath the bed. They can be open or fitted with doors (please look at the product's details for complete details).

Many midi cabins include desks that can be moved from one level to the next or chests. This gives the children the space they need to store all of their belongings. This also means they don't have to take up valuable floor space by putting up large wardrobes or shelves.

Some models have gone one step beyond with cabinets that are flush mounted, or even a part of the headboard or footboard. This is perfect for storing toys and books.
